About

Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) was launched on 01 April 2003. The Scheme aims to provide quality healthcare to Ex- servicemen pensioners and their dependents through a network of ECHS Polyclinics. The Scheme caters for medical care to all ESM pensioners including those getting Disability and Family Pensions and their dependents, which includes wife/husband, legitimate children and wholly dependent parents, brothers and sisters.
